The Work of Byron Katie

with certified facilitator and trainer Aileen Cheatham

The Work is a powerful and transformative tool that allows us to identify and question the thoughts that cause our suffering. While its approach is simple, the impact of The Work can be profound, offering quick and effective results.

A regular practice of The Work helps us awaken from the assumptions and interpretations that limit us, guiding us into a more compassionate, flexible, and kinder way of being. This practice opens the door to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, fostering a sense of peace, connection and clarity.

Whether you are new to The Work or have been practicing for years, I warmly invite you to go deeper with me. I offer individual sessions tailored to your personal journey, immersive workshops for deeper exploration, and transformative trips that combine the practice of The Work with travel and adventure.

I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together!

“I discovered that when I believed my thoughts I suffered, but when I didn’t believe them I didn’t suffer, and that this is true for every human being. Freedom is as simple as that. I found that suffering is optional. I found a joy within me that has never disappeared, not for a single moment. That joy is in everyone, always. And I invite you not to believe me. I invite you to test it for yourself.” – Byron Katie
